Terrible

Terrible customer service. Ordered a ring 3 weeks ago… no correspondence at all. I emailed… No response… I called… no response. All I needed was shipping info… I’d like to cancel my order but can’t get ahold of anyone.

I ordered my item and was told the item was shipped but no tracking number provided for several days. The positive part is I contacted the company via chat and the gentleman promptly looked into the issue. He found no tracking number in the system and within 24 hours had a new order shipped to me which I received. My initial reaction was not to deal with game day global again but given the positive way my problem was handled I will likely give them another try.
